"Stories" by John Reiff Williams |
|
Dear Radonich, A friend led me to your door. Your work is so tender and evocative. I see a book in your future with images and writings. We in America suffer from historical alzheimer's, as are the word of Studs Terkel. In contrast, you have a gift for the connectivity and a density of relationships which shows a great investment of your time, energy, life and love and is rarely seen these days. So here's to you, and being hooked up to your feelings and having the sense of purpose about you do what you do so well, tell stories, listen to ground beneath your feet and the song in your heart. I see your work as particularly important for young people, I think that would be an obvious audience, how to connect to that, I suppose will happen in a matter of time in these lines and pages of Flickr. Blessing,
John North Hollywood, USA December 6th 2008

"Your beautiful work" by Sherry Egger |

Your photos are truly moving. By looking at them I feel the pain and disappointment you express. You are so young and yet seem so burdened and sad. I'm truly sorry you have lived in this tragic time in our world. With a gift like yours you have a very bright future. Maybe your heart can focus on this so as not to make you old before your time. There are people on the other side of the world that care deeply.

Dear Aleksandra,
I happened to find your pictures back this evening and oh my, what an incredible set you have! You are indeed talented to catch these special moments that tell us stories, tell us history. I am very moved by your pictures, especially the latest ones you took in your small town. You are building precious archives there! Keep on making us travel with you, through your tender eyes and it seems, deep soul. From across the ocean,
